Are sessions live?+
Yes. Every session is live on Zoom with a real human running it. Recorded for enrolled students in case you miss one.
What if I miss a session?+
You get the recording, plus one 30-minute TA slot per missed session to catch up.
How big are cohorts?+
AI Fluent: 30. Workflow Builder: 20. Product Builder: 12. We enforce these caps.
Payment & refunds
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes — 3-month interest-free installments on all courses.
What's the refund window?+
Full refund up to 48 hours before session 1. After session 2, we credit you toward a future cohort.
Will my employer pay?+
Usually. We provide an invoice, a one-pager for your manager, and a purchase-order option for finance teams.
Prerequisites
Do I need to know how to code?+
Only for Product Builder — and even then we start from zero on the technical basics.
Do I need a paid AI plan?+
AI Fluent and Workflow Builder work with any tier. Product Builder requires Claude Pro or Max.
What if IT blocks tools at my company?+
For Workflow Builder we dedicate a full session to the IT conversation. Bring a contact name.
